Lab and Pharmacy

Chestnut Family Health Center offers lab and pharmacy services, including blood draws, for established patients.

You may order and pick up prescriptions at the Genoa Pharmacy located in the building. 

Prescription Refills

We want to ensure that your medications are working for you and are appropriate. Therefore, we ask that you call our office one week before needing your prescription refilled. We will make every attempt to call in your prescription within 72-hours pending review and authorization from your physician.

Chestnut Family Health Center continues to care for patients during the COVID-19 outbreak. To comply with social distancing recommendations, we are offering some appointments by telephone or video. Our in-house Genoa Pharmacy is offering curbside pick-up and mail order delivery. For patients who are seen in the office, we are doing extra cleaning and have a number of precautions in place to protect your health and ours. During the outbreak, we are following these guidelines:

  • If you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing or have been near someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to our office even if you have an appointment. Please call our office for an over-the-phone evaluation by our staff.
  • If you have concerns about coming to our office for a scheduled appointment, please call our office at least one day before your appointment to talk with staff.
